In this video you're going to see how to blow eggs without breaking the shell. Basically, you need to make two small holes on each end of the egg and then blow through one of the holes so that the white and yolk come through the other side. This happens because when the air goes in the egg, the pressure inside rises and therefore, the contents of the egg come out on the other side. You need to be careful not to introduce too much air and not to apply too much pressure on the egg so the shell doesn't break, then you need to slowly start adding water inside the shell to clean the inside and avoid smells. Take a look at this video to see how to blow eggs without breaking the shell.
