Ingredients:

Paste of Paper Mache, which you can make by adding 2/3 parts of glue into 1/3 parts of water
Paper glass, bowl or any other vessel you want your flower pot to be like
Stripes of paper, about 2 inches in thickness
Water colors of your choice
Decorative material, like beads, mirrors, sequins, washi tape etc.
Stones or pebbles
Flowers of your choice, along with stems

Steps to follow:

The first thing you need to do in order to make a flower pot out of paper is to dip the stripes of paper in the paste of paper mache one by one, and squeeze out any excess liquid.

Wrap a paper stripe across the paper glass or bowl vertically, ensuring that the entire glass is covered with paper stripes. This will make your flower pot stronger, sturdier and heavier.

Once you are satisfied with the thickness and weight of the pot, keep it aside to dry. Make sure that its surface is smooth and even, as you will be coloring it and pasting decorations on it.

Let it dry in the sunlight, or dry it quickly with a hair dryer. Once it has dried completely after 1-2 hours, color the surface of the flower pot with the colors of your choice. It's best to paint a layer of white first to make sure the newspaper doesn't surface. Keep aside to let it dry again. If you are giving it two coats, let the first coat dry before you apply the second one.

Once the colors have dried and set in completely, start decorating the paper flower pot with sequins, mirrors and other decorative materials of your choice. Make the patterns that you like, or those matching with your interior decor.

Your paper flower pot is ready. You can fill it with some stones to give it some weight, and insert the flowers of your choice in it. Place it on your window, showcase, desk or any other place in your house, as it will look great anywhere.
