Steps to follow:
1

Go to a market and buy metal spoons that aren't stainless steel; you will notice which they are due to their cheap price.

2

It's even better if the spoons are not great quality because you can bend them with your hands easily.

3

You can transform a tablespoon into a nice bracelet.

4

With a fork and a small spoon you can make bracelets for the wrist and for the forearm.

5

Fold them inwards trying to keep the curve as homogeneous as possible, without bumps. You can easily do so with your hands or a pair of tongs, though you can get a rounded metallic object such as an empty can to help you create the rounded shape.

6

If you use a fork, fold the tined ends slightly inward so they do not protrude.

7

If you use a spoon, you can bend the tip a little further by hitting it with a rubber hammer or by protecting the metal with a felt or cloth to avoid scratching.

8

What's more, this bracelet is very easy to put on and take off, as you can press it and change its shape but it will go back to its original shape.

You can also decorate it with several objects such as sequins, glitter or precious stones.
