How to make a paper boat step by step

Do you want to learn how to make a paper boat that floats on water? It is simple and you will be able to play with your children while you bathe them or whilst in the park walking with them. To know how to make a paper boat you only need a sheet of A4 paper and to carefully follow the steps below.

You'll need:
  • A piece of A4 paper
Steps to follow:

Take an piece of A4 paper.

Fold it in half.

Lower the two high points toward the centre of the paper as shown in the picture.

Lift the lower flap. Turn the paper and lift the flap on the other side.

Turn the tips toward the opposite side. Turn the page and do the same with the other two points (see image).

Bulge the gap left from these actions using your fingers.

Bend as shown in the picture.

Lift the lower tip until it touches that at the top.

Turn the page and do the same with the other side.

Put your fingers in the gap and fold to make it a diamond shape, as shown.

Hold the paper at both upper ends and keep opening it until the ship emerges.
